  1. For me, I have very strict boundaries about not working on weekends or on evenings. I like to have weekends to do non-business related activities.

I love to read and spend time outdoors when possible. I also watch a lot of rugby games on weekends- one of my favourite ways to relax. 😁

How about you Patti? What do you do? Any tips of words of wisdom? I’d love to hear your expert views on this.

  2. I agree having boundaries that work for you for enjoying life and having balance with work and personal life. I love that you set this boundaries of not working on the weekend and evenings, so you can enjoy your time with activities you love, and have the free time to do you. 🙂
For me – I also love sitting outdoors, reading a book, listening to audio books, music or listening to the chimes in my backyard. My backyard patio is my happy place. It’s important to say no to things you don’t want and yes to the things that light you up.
