LIFE

Life is sometimes full of sadness, emptiness, anger, hurt and brokenness, but how we handle those disappointments and struggles makes us unique.  When we find balance and are able to move beyond those challenges and experiences that is when we may find the peace, love and happiness we were waiting for.  Appreciate any good that came from those experiences and cherish the wisdom gained.  Then continue to pursue the life you really want!

Questions:

Is your life on track?  If not, what is not working? Why?

What keeps you going when things get difficult?

“Inspiration does not beget action. Action begets inspiration.” Chinese Proverb

How does an action plan become inspiration?

By setting a goal and creating an achievable action plan this offers inspiration when you see it becoming a reality.  If there is no action plan, how will you know how to get there?  There will be no achievement in the direction of what you really want.  By writing down a plan, using the strategies and making them a priority with committed focus this will help you achieve the desire outcome you want and give you the inspiration to continue.

Questions:

  • Do you have an action plan on what you want in life?
  • If yes, are you putting into action?
  • Are you committed to make it a reality?
  • If no, why not?
  • Are you ready to start working on that plan?

Do you want to start an action plan but don’t know how to begin?  Through the coaching process this provides clients to feel supported, encouraged and inspired to become more engaged to pursue their hopes, dreams, aspirations, and goals.

Every day is an opportunity to change things for the better! ~ Michael Pivec

It is a NEW day!

Every day is an opportunity to change things for the better! ~ Michael Pivec

What a great affirmation!  It is so true every day is an opportunity to change things for the better.  If we start each day as a NEW day and learn from the past but not constantly dwell on it.  We can move towards those fresh opportunities in life.  Keeping a positive outlook brightens the people around you as well as yourself.  Being positive gives you opportunities to look at things in a pristine way.  Others will want to assist you in succeeding which opens up different and exciting possibilities.  It is a NEW day make the most of it! ~ Patti 🙂

Question: How are you going to brighten your NEW day?

Why it is hard to say “I love you?”

Recently my family and I found out that my Dad has terminal liver cancer.  He is in the final stages of his life.  My Uncle my Dad’s brother said to my Dad, “you are my hero and I love you.’”  My Uncle asked my Dad “Do you love me”?  My Dad said,  “You know I do”.  My Uncle said, “I would like to hear you say it to me once”.  My Dad looked at my Uncle and said I love you.  It was a very emotional moment.  My Dad is not one to use those words “I love you”.  I can count on my hands how many times my Dad has actually said those words to me his only child, however I know he loves me very much!  I remember a couple of years ago my Aunt my Dad’s sister called me crying with joy and said your Dad just told me he loved me.  It is the first time he ever told me that.  She said it meant so much to her.  Those words were powerful.  Take time to tell family you love them and that they have given you so much joy in your life.  Tell your friends how much you value their friendship.  Don’t have people wondering after you are gone.  Did he or she love me?  Don’t assume people know your feelings about them.  Would you really want love ones wondering or having to ask that question because they aren’t sure how you felt about them.  Life is supposed to be full of love not second guessing if someone cares about you.  Take the risk.  It is okay even if the person doesn’t say it back at least they know and never have to wonder.  Live your life to the fullest without regret. ~Patti
