☕ One of my favorite parts of the day is enjoying my coffee outside on my patio. 🦋
This is one of my favorite places to slow down, relax, and enjoy a little quiet time. I might listen to a meditation, an audiobook, or nothing at all. Sometimes, just sitting quietly with my coffee is exactly what I need.
🦋 What is one of your favorite things to do each day that helps you feel happy and calm?
Share it with me in the comments. I would love to hear what brings a little more calm into your day. 🦋
P.S. Sorry the audio is a little echoing. 🦋
🦋 Hi, I am Patti Oskvarek of Coaching For Inspiration with Patti. I’m a Leadership, Work-Life Balance, and Life coach, as well as a Reiki Master, who helps individuals achieve their dreams, goals, and aspirations and live more purposeful, balanced lives outside of work.
I share strategies for achieving work-life balance, practical work and life tips, work-life balance affirmations, building better relationships, navigating leadership situations, and more.
Have you ever wondered what makes one coach different from another?
It’s a question I’ve thought about, too.
There are so many wonderful coaches, books, podcasts, and courses available today. I’m grateful that people have so many ways to learn and grow.
So what makes Coaching for Inspiration with Patti different?
For me, it’s not about having all the answers.
It’s about helping you discover the answers that are already within you.
I don’t believe you have to work harder or keep adding more to your to-do list to create the life you want.
I believe it starts by making time to reflect, becoming more aware of what’s truly important to you, and taking meaningful steps toward the life you want to live.
Whether we’re talking about leadership, work-life balance, relationships, your career, or simply the season of life you’re in, my role is to walk alongside you, not to tell you what to do.
🦋 I will ask thoughtful questions.
🦋 I will encourage you when you need it.
🦋 I will celebrate your wins with you.
🦋 I will help you see possibilities you may not have noticed on your own.
🦋 And if Reiki is part of your journey, I can support you there as well.
I hope that every conversation leaves you feeling encouraged, inspired, and more confident in everything you do.
🦋 I would love to hear from you.

Over the years, we’ve shared conversations about work, family, leadership, communication, resilience, health, and the many ways relationships influence our lives.
We laughed together.
We learned together.
And through it all, Better relationships begin with understanding and respect.
Episode 100 allowed us to pause and reflect not only on the feeling of being unappreciated but also on everything this podcast has taught us.
Some lessons came from our own experiences.
Others came from guests who shared their stories.
A few came from you, our listeners, whose questions and suggestions inspired episodes we might never have even considered otherwise.
One of the things we have learned is that relationships continue to grow when we are willing to listen with compassion and explore different perspectives.
This is what we hope this podcast is: a place where meaningful conversations help us better understand ourselves and the people around us.
Whether you have been listening since our first episode or have only recently discovered the podcast, thank you for sharing this journey with us.
We are grateful you are here, and we look forward to continuing these conversations with you in the upcoming episodes.
Here’s to building better relationships at home, at work, and everywhere life takes us.

Have you ever reached the end of the day feeling exhausted, even though you didn’t do anything physically demanding?
It’s not because we’re doing too much physically. It’s because we’re carrying things that are draining us mentally and emotionally. What could you do to change this? Maybe take time to journal, meditate, or spend some time in prayer.
Four things that may lower your energy:
🦋 Saying yes when you really want to say no.
🦋 Replaying conversations or worrying about what might happen next.
🦋 Carrying others’ burdens that aren’t yours.
🦋 Taking on more tasks without finishing the tasks you already have.
Let’s Take A Pause:
Take a slow, deep breath and ask yourself:
• What am I feeling right now? • What’s been draining my energy?
Taking time for self-reflection helps you realize what you want, which creates more peace, calm, and balance.
🦋 Today’sAffirmation:
I let go of what doesn’t feel right to me for more calm, balance, and purpose.
🦋 Self-Reflection Question
What has been draining my energy?
I would love to hear from you in the comments. Which of these energy drains resonates with you the most?
Until next time, keep exploring life and work, creating more calm, more balance, and a life that’s meaningful to you. 🦋
