Most worries don’t come true. Here are some tips when worry comes your way:
1. Spend time meditating to calm your thoughts.
2. Listen to upbeat music.
3. Pray about the situation for guidance and peace.
4. Journal about the situation.
5. Think about the good things in life. 🙂
