“Saying No” to things you no longer want to do, will free up your time to do the things you really want to do. Below are some actions steps to assist you in “Saying Yes” to the things you want in life.
- Make a list of all your obligations.
- Check mark the ones you enjoy doing.
- Circle the ones you don’t.
- The obligations you don’t enjoy, slowing start removing them from your life.
