There are times in our lives we have thoughts that are very strong. In some cases these thoughts are not good for us and we need to stop replaying them over and over again.
Here are some tips to help release those negative thoughts:
Any time these thoughts enter your mind think and say the word RELEASE. Keep repeating the word RELEASE until those thoughts are no longer there. Continue to practice and as time goes on these thoughts or feelings may eventually go away. Give this concept a try and let me know how it worked for you. ~ Patti
