There are many things in our lives which are important. There are things that really need to get completed and sometimes we keep putting them off because they may be time consuming, hard to do physically, or we just don’t know where to start. Procrastination is not good for us and is not a friend. In fact, it causes stress and anxiety.
Every day I begin my day with the things that are hard, difficult or I really don’t want to do but are a must. By doing this step I can move forward on to more enjoyable tasks. There are really no words to explain the feeling of gratification when you finally finish something you have been putting off. ~ Patti
