I was a guest on this (LIVE) Ladies Diary episode and had a wonderful conversation with these lovely ladies.

In this episode of Ladies Diary, we’re diving into a conversation that so many women live every single day but rarely stop to acknowledge: doing everything for everyone else while slowly neglecting themselves.

During Women’s Health Awareness Month, this topic becomes even more important because the truth is, many women don’t ignore their health on purpose; it happens over time.

It happens in the middle of responsibilities, expectations, and the constant pressure to show up for everyone else, no matter what.

We’re talking about the women who work nonstop, take care of others, carry emotional weight, keep things running, and still somehow convince themselves that their own needs can wait.

Whether it’s physical health, mental exhaustion, stress, or burnout, the warning signs are often there, but they get pushed aside in favor of “just one more thing” that needs to get done. This isn’t just about self-care in the surface-level sense.

This is about understanding why women are conditioned to put themselves last, why it feels uncomfortable to choose yourself, and how easy it is to fall into patterns that slowly drain you without even realizing it.

We’re getting real about the cost of constantly running on empty, the impact it has on your body and mind, and the moment when “handling everything” starts to feel much heavier.

We’ll also talk about what it actually looks like to start shifting that mindset. Not perfection, not overnight change, but small, real decisions that move you from survival mode into something more sustainable.

Because taking care of yourself shouldn’t feel like a luxury or something you have to earn; it’s necessary.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing everything right but still feel worn down, overlooked, or exhausted, and if you’ve ever said “I’ll take care of it later” and kept pushing through, this conversation is for you.

You’re not alone in that feeling, and you don’t have to stay stuck in it either.
