Teamwork and Leadership

The basic principal of promoting teamwork in the workplace is to increased interaction among the employees. This will help employees in learning to understand each other and deal with the different characteristics of their behavior, both positive and negative.  It is important that each team member feels important in the organization. They need to be encouraged to provide suggestions, feedback and solutions.  When team members feel they make a difference they feel valued and they are willing to work towards the common goal. – Patti
