Well, initially I took the position for personal betterment, to aid me in getting where I see myself in the future. However, as I reflect on how I classify accomplishments in this position, I realized that it has nothing to do with ME. It is about helping the people I serve, as well as, the organization I work for. Although, the wins may seem small or insignificant at times, it makes all the difference to the one person I made smile or taught something new too. It is those moments that count and carry me through when it just seems like I just don’t want to do it anymore. Whether small or big, it is still a win!

I would say Other. I wanted to engage in a more challenging position and learn a new set of skills. I also wanted to increase my interaction with the public (on a one-on-one basis) to better my communication skills. Thank you for the question.
