Indecision can bring on stress and worry. Take some time to sit down and self reflect on why you are not moving forward and making a decision.
Ask yourself the following questions:
- What is causing my indecision?
- Why am I feeling stuck?
- Is it something I have never done before and I am feeling uncomfortable about doing it?
- What can I do to make this happen?
- Is this something I really want? If yes, then I will make it a priority and I will find a way to accomplish it.
Sometimes taking a little time for self-reflection and quiet can ease the anxiety and open up your mind to new concepts. Once the ideas start to come to mind your stress, worry and indecision gradually fades away.
