I Delegate with Trust, Grace, and Confidence

Are you carrying more than your share lately?

Click to watch the video.

If you’re an overgiving leader, caregiver, or someone who naturally gives so much to others, delegation might feel hard, even guilt-inducing. I understand because I’ve been there, too.

Hi, I’m Patti from Coaching for Inspiration with Patti, and I created this short video to remind you of something powerful:

“I delegate with trust, grace, and confidence.”

Letting go doesn’t make you weak. It’s an act of leadership, love, and self-respect.

In the video, I share a journaling tool called the 3-Column Clarity Method. It’s a gentle way to reflect on your responsibilities and gain peace around what’s yours to hold and what’s okay to let go.

✍️ Here’s how the 3 columns work:

  1. Tasks that Inspire & Energize Me (Keep):
What brings you joy, energy, or a sense of purpose?
  2. Tasks Only I Can Do (Must Do):
What requires you and your expertise?
  3. Tasks I Can Delegate or Release:
What can be shared, outsourced, paused, or a growth opportunity for someone else?

This simple journaling practice can shift everything. It clarifies, reduces burnout, and helps you move forward with intention and peace. This week, delegate one small task at work or home. Notice how it feels. Next week, try again.
The more you practice, the more natural it becomes.

Let This Affirmation Inspire You:

“I delegate with trust, grace, and confidence.”

If this message resonates with you, please share the video or blog with someone who might want it today. 🦋

Let Go and Watch What Happens: A Simple Shift That Opens the Door to Peace

Have you ever noticed how exhausting it is to try and control everything?

Click to watch the video.

In this video, I will pick a Work-Life Balance Affirmation Card from my Work-Life Balance Affirmation Cards and share my viewpoint on this card and topic.

Work-Life Balance Affirmation Card :
“I choose to let go of what I can’t control.”

Why Letting Go Matters

We all have moments where we try to manage every detail, every person, every outcome. But when we’re in that “control mode,” we lose something important:

🦋 Our peace

🦋 Our passion

🦋 Our joy

Trying to force things to go our way often blocks what we’re working hard to create.

When we let go, life starts to flow.

Letting go doesn’t mean we stop caring or trying. It means we release the grip on things that were never ours to control in the first place.

Instead, we start asking better questions:

  • What can I do today that feels aligned and peaceful?
  • What am I holding onto that’s draining my energy?
  • How would it feel to trust the process for a change?

When I choose to let go, I find myself feeling more:

🦋  Motivated

🦋  Positive

🦋  Open to growth and new possibilities

Sometimes, what we think we need or want isn’t good for us. When we loosen our grip, we create space for something better, something we had never even imagined possible.

Letting go helps us make room for transformation, whether in our relationships, work, or personal growth.

Self Reflection:

What’s one thing you’ve been trying to control lately that’s not working?

What would happen if you let it go, even just a little?

“Let go… and watch what happens.”

I invite you to take a breath today, let go of what’s heavy, and trust that something beautiful may unfold even if you can’t see it yet.

I would love to hear from you. What are you letting go of today?
