I’m Unleashing My Voice 🦋

Join Me for the Unleash Your Voice Video Content Challenge

I’m excited to share something I’m doing for the next 14 days, and I would love to invite you to join me!

Starting September 29, 2026, I will be participating in the Unleash Your Voice Video Content Challenge, led by my mentor and coach, Noleen Sliney.

And yes,  I’m doing another video challenge. 😊

Why?

Because I believe there is always room to grow, try something new, and become a little more comfortable sharing our voice and our message.

Video has become such an important part of how we connect with people, whether we are building a business, sharing our expertise, teaching, leading, or connecting with others in a more personal way.

I know that being on video isn’t always easy.

For me, confidence with video has been a journey.

Noleen has been my video mentor and coach for years, and she’s helped me so much along the way. She’s encouraged me to show up, try things, keep practicing, and get more comfortable being myself on camera.

And I’m still learning.

That’s one reason I decided to participate in this 14-day challenge.

What if we just practiced?

Instead of waiting until we feel completely comfortable.

What if we showed up, tried something new, and allowed ourselves to get better and better along the way?

That’s what I’m looking forward to with this challenge.

The Unleash Your Voice Video Content Challenge is designed to help you become more confident creating and sharing video content while finding your unique, authentic voice and message.

Over 14 days, you will have the opportunity to practice showing up on video, express your ideas and personality, and build confidence through action.

And I think that last part is so important.

Confidence often grows when we practice and keep doing it.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin.

You don’t have to create the perfect video.

You have to be willing to take the next step.

Why I think this could be valuable for you:

If you’ve been thinking about creating more video content but keep finding reasons to wait.

If you have ideas you want to share but feel uncomfortable getting in front of the camera.

If you want to become more confident communicating your message.

Or if you are ready to try something that stretches you.

This challenge may be worth exploring.

I know from my own experience that working with Noleen has helped me become more comfortable with video in so many ways.

I think you can get a lot out of this challenge if you are willing to push past that initial fear or discomfort and give yourself the chance to practice.

You may discover that you are more comfortable on video than you thought.

You may find new ways to express yourself.

You may become more confident sharing your knowledge and experience.

And you may become more willing to press record and say, “Okay, let’s try this.” 🦋

About Noleen:

Noleen Sliney is a video marketing strategist who helps coaches and service providers communicate their message through video with greater confidence.

What I appreciate about Noleen is that she doesn’t make videos about chasing the latest trend or trying to become someone you’re not.

She encourages you to find your own voice and communicate in a way that feels authentic to you while also creating video content that supports your business and goals.

And as someone who has worked with Noleen personally, I can tell you she’s been a wonderful mentor and coach for me over the years.

That’s why I’m happy to share this challenge with you.

Are you ready to join me?

The Unleash Your Voice Video Content Challenge is 14 days, and I’m excited to do it again as an opportunity to keep growing my confidence and video skills.

If you decide to enroll, please let Noleen know that I referred you. 🦋

I hope to see you there!

Let’s keep learning, growing, and finding new ways to share what we have to offer.  ~ Patti 🦋

Sometimes You Just Want a Moment of Calm

Click to watch the video.

Sometimes you just want a moment of calm. Maybe it’s sitting outside with your coffee. Maybe it’s taking a walk. Maybe it’s listening to music, reading a few pages of a book, or simply sitting quietly for a few minutes.

It doesn’t have to be anything complicated.

When life gets busy, we can get caught up in everything that comes along. We move from one thing to another without giving ourselves much time to stop and enjoy where we are.

🦋 The most productive thing you can do is slow down.

🦋 Take a moment.

🦋 Enjoy the moment.

🦋 Savor those moments of peace and calm.

You don’t always need to accomplish something during those moments. Sometimes you just might want to enjoy them.

And giving yourself that time isn’t selfish. It can be a simple way to create more calm and balance in your day.

You may have things waiting for you. There may always be another email, another task, or another thing on your list, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a few moments of calm.

Self-Reflection or Journal Question:

What is something simple that helps you slow down and enjoy a moment of peace and calm?

So instead of waiting for the perfect time to slow down, consider creating a little time for yourself along the way.

I would love to hear what works for you in the comments. 🦋

What Do People Come to Me For?

Click to watch the video.

Sometimes people come to me because they’re feeling stuck and aren’t sure what they want next.

Sometimes they’re trying to create more balance between work and life.

Sometimes they’re working through a career decision or growing into a leadership role.

And sometimes they simply need time to slow down and reset.

That’s what I do.

I’m a Leadership, Work-Life Balance, and Life Coach, and I’m also a Reiki Practitioner. I work one-on-one with people who want support as they move forward, reach their goals, create more balance, and build a life that feels purposeful and meaningful.

Coaching:

Coaching can be helpful when you’re navigating a career decision, working toward a personal goal, looking for more balance, or growing as a leader.

My coaching work includes:

  • Leadership coaching
  • Work-life balance coaching
  • Life coaching
  • Career and personal goal support

Reiki:

Reiki offers another way to slow down and reset.

Sometimes we simply need time to step away from the busyness of everyday life, relax, and give ourselves a chance to pause.

If you’re looking for support through coaching or would like to experience Reiki, you can book a session using my online booking link below.

What Makes My Coaching Style Different? 🦋

Have you ever wondered what makes one coach different from another?

It’s a question I’ve thought about, too.

There are so many wonderful coaches, books, podcasts, and courses available today. I’m grateful that people have so many ways to learn and grow.

So what makes Coaching for Inspiration with Patti different?

For me, it’s not about having all the answers.

It’s about helping you discover the answers that are already within you.

I don’t believe you have to work harder or keep adding more to your to-do list to create the life you want.

I believe it starts by making time to reflect, becoming more aware of what’s truly important to you, and taking meaningful steps toward the life you want to live.

Whether we’re talking about leadership, work-life balance, relationships, your career, or simply the season of life you’re in, my role is to walk alongside you, not to tell you what to do.

🦋 I will ask thoughtful questions.

🦋 I will encourage you when you need it.

🦋 I will celebrate your wins with you.

🦋 I will help you see possibilities you may not have noticed on your own.

🦋 And if Reiki is part of your journey, I can support you there as well.

I hope that every conversation leaves you feeling encouraged, inspired, and more confident in everything you do.

🦋 I would love to hear from you.

🦋 Let’s Explore What’s Draining Your Energy

Have you ever reached the end of the day feeling exhausted, even though you didn’t do anything physically demanding?

It’s not because we’re doing too much physically. It’s because we’re carrying things that are draining us mentally and emotionally. What could you do to change this? Maybe take time to journal, meditate, or spend some time in prayer.

Four things that may lower your energy:

🦋 Saying yes when you really want to say no.

🦋 Replaying conversations or worrying about what might happen next.

🦋 Carrying others’ burdens that aren’t yours.

🦋 Taking on more tasks without finishing the tasks you already have.

Let’s Take A Pause:

Take a slow, deep breath and ask yourself:

• What am I feeling right now?
• What’s been draining my energy?

Taking time for self-reflection helps you realize what you want, which creates more peace, calm, and balance.

🦋 Today’s Affirmation:

I let go of what doesn’t feel right to me for more calm, balance, and purpose.

🦋 Self-Reflection Question

What has been draining my energy?

I would love to hear from you in the comments. Which of these energy drains resonates with you the most?

Until next time, keep exploring life and work, creating more calm, more balance, and a life that’s meaningful to you. 🦋

Unplug to Reconnect with What Matters

Click to watch the video.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or simply longing for a moment of stillness? This video is for you.

In this affirmation and coaching session, I gently guide you through a mindful reminder:

🦋 “I choose to schedule time to unplug each day.”

Why Unplugging Matters More Than Ever

When we’re always “on,” it’s easy to lose touch with:

  • Our energy levels
  • Our priorities
  • Our ability to be fully present

The choice to unplug, even for a few minutes, helps quiet the noise and nurture the calm within.

Gentle Ways to Make Unplugging a Daily Habit

  1. Unplugging for five minutes can reset your nervous system.
  2. Pick a consistent time – Mornings or evenings.
  3. Create a calm space – Light a candle, play soft music, or take a slow breath.
  4. Add unplugging to your calendar.

When you unplug, you’re not tuning out. You’re tuning in to peace, clarity, and balance.

💬 Self-Reflection:

👉 What’s one small way you can unplug Today and reconnect with what truly matters?

I Delegate with Trust, Grace, and Confidence

Are you carrying more than your share lately?

Click to watch the video.

If you’re an overgiving leader, caregiver, or someone who naturally gives so much to others, delegation might feel hard, even guilt-inducing. I understand because I’ve been there, too.

Hi, I’m Patti from Coaching for Inspiration with Patti, and I created this short video to remind you of something powerful:

“I delegate with trust, grace, and confidence.”

Letting go doesn’t make you weak. It’s an act of leadership, love, and self-respect.

In the video, I share a journaling tool called the 3-Column Clarity Method. It’s a gentle way to reflect on your responsibilities and gain peace around what’s yours to hold and what’s okay to let go.

✍️ Here’s how the 3 columns work:

  1. Tasks that Inspire & Energize Me (Keep):
What brings you joy, energy, or a sense of purpose?
  2. Tasks Only I Can Do (Must Do):
What requires you and your expertise?
  3. Tasks I Can Delegate or Release:
What can be shared, outsourced, paused, or a growth opportunity for someone else?

This simple journaling practice can shift everything. It clarifies, reduces burnout, and helps you move forward with intention and peace. This week, delegate one small task at work or home. Notice how it feels. Next week, try again.
The more you practice, the more natural it becomes.

Let This Affirmation Inspire You:

“I delegate with trust, grace, and confidence.”

If this message resonates with you, please share the video or blog with someone who might want it today. 🦋
