You can use a journal, or your phone, IPAD, computer, a plain notebook or commenting on this blog daily. Choose a time to journal every day it can be before you go to bed or when you get up in the morning or on your lunch hour and write or type what you are thankful for that day. For each day reflect and see if this changes your perception of your life.
